Trap T-8 blowing steam by. Mild waterhammer popping could be heard in condensate line confirming that live steam was entering condensate system. I would adjudge the leak to be mild.

This was the only trap of 12 tested that was found to be blowing. (10 traps were valved off, presumably due to pipe leaks).
